I love stumbling up upon great customer service. I swung in today with my daughter to see what to do about the frog we just caught. Not a big thing, but I happen to ask a gentleman named Jonathan for some help. This guy knew a ton and actually really helped a bunch. He also noted our Intent to Keep the price low. Thanks Jonathan!

Very great customer service. They always have something informative to say, their products are good quality, very clean and live things healthy. I always go there first. Also I dropped my chapstick under a reptile display about 7’ tall and one guy straight up moved the whole thing, probably like 300lbs. They were all very helpful in retrieving it, 10/10 would recommend

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Better than petco unless you're buying crickets, (go get them at petco..) . But otherwise I would go to petzoo. They have better options for food, prices, fish, animals, OTC meds. And the treats are endless in this place 🤣 …

always super helpful and they know whet there talking about when they're asked a question i love how they suggest good products and care about the wellness of your animals not just trying to get you to buy the most expensive things like the employee pointed me to a food she uses for her dogs that has been a great change for my fur babies she had us try Victor and we've all been happy with it thank you PetZoo Happy Pups

Has been a wonderful store to shop for your pets. We have been coming here for over a decade it’s a wonderful store. The staff were so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We have bought animals here sold animals to the store and both experiences have gone wonderful. We have worked with adoption and foster agency’s so we have volunteered our time to help rehome animals at the pet zoo many times.

Lovely store, I'm always able to get the specific supplies I need for my pet snake! There's a large selection of products for most common pets, as well as exotic ones!
